FAQs
How much does it cost?
Each service shows its price on the home page. If you buy several together you get a discount, which you see before you pay. For the whole ReLaunch Company Program, schedule a call and we will talk it through with you.
What is the refund policy?
A bundle of services can only be cancelled in full; one service in a bundle can't be refunded on its own. The Refund policy has the details.
Are live sessions recorded? What if I miss one?
Yes. Live sessions are recorded and shared with the people in that batch, so you can catch up on one you miss.
How much time does it take each week?
That depends on what you choose. Each service lists what it includes under See details, and on a call about the whole programme we will go through the time it takes and whether it fits around your commitments.
I'm not from IT. Is this for me?
Yes. Members have restarted in technology, consulting, banking, healthcare, education, operations, HR and project management. The method — target roles, telling your story, a recruiter-ready profile, interview practice — is the same in every field.
Does it come with a job?
No. We prepare you to win the role, and we share curated openings and our 500+ recruiter network, but we do not guarantee a job. For women restarting after a break, our data (70% restarted within 90 days) is the honest measure.
My break has been very long. Is it too late?
Not at all. The longest break we have helped restart so far is 15 years. What matters is the approach, not the length.
Who will I work with?
